Do yoy do wipe cache and dalvik after you flash the rom? If you dont do that, you can try it. Hopely its working...

This account's public links are generating too much traffic and have been temporarily disabled!
Thats one problem with DropBox -- have to wait for it to settle down.

Sound like just what I want - I was thinking about making something like this other day as I end up removing almost exactly the same bloatware as you - thanks!

LiteROMxxlsa is a minimalist, bare-bones ROM based on the XXLSA leak, deodexed by Eybee, with various fixes.

...

WARNING: FLASH AT YOUR OWN RISK. MAKE A BACKUP FIRST.

This is meant to be a clean install. Factory wipe before flashing for best results.

Feel free to use this as a base for your ROM. No credit needed or expected -- I'm just a repackager and a shell script hacker. Android and Samsung are the real devs.
What battery life do you get with this?
Heavy use/Idle time etc.

Edit: Explorer Beta 2
I had some problems removing some more items like video player etc. I used Solid Explorer Beta 2 but wasn't able to.
USB mode is in MTP, tried the preinstalled USB Switcher app, but I could only switch mode from USB to "null".

Restarted into recovery and fixed permissions to fix the problems, so far so good.

I hate to answer this question, because battery life really depends mostly on how you use the device, what apps you have installed, and how old your battery is.

On my device, its fine.
Ya I know it's a difficult question.

Edited my first post.

Thank you very much! This is exactly the type of ROM I seek on every device, namely de-bloated stock.

Installed without a hitch. Seems perfect at first sight. Thanks again! I will report back with feedback as soon as I have any.

Of course but screen-on time is a very good indicator, especially for one person with the same daily patterns.

For example on ls2 leak I typically got 4 hours screen-on time.
With ls7 just 3 h :(

It might be just me, but pop up browser FC's, as well as popup video player.

Four questions:

1. Is Airview working?
2. Is the MultiwindowFix the Hack that it can open many other apps?
3. If 2 is true, is there a way to rollback? Because I don't need Multiwindow fix, it spoils my SpringPad app (I noticed it on many other Roms, XXLS2, XXLS7, XXLA).
4. Does this have the bug that gives a bootloop and never pass the Sammy Logo when you try to read a folder which has a lot of files in it? And does it do the same when you try to restore your previous Titanium BackUp ID?

Thanks a lot.

I am coming from ls7 and this rom is noticeably smoother. Airview and multiwindow both work. No fc's other than popup browser player.

You go into cwm choose factory reset, then wipe cache, wipe dalvik then install.
