Trying your ROM right now.
I want to launch S-Memo,however I see only some notice about upgrade etc.(see SS).
After hitting "Start now" button,only toast "S Note wasn't found" appears.
How to fix this?

S-Memo became S Note that's why you get that message.
Isn't there a S Note shortcut on your home screen? Run it from there, works fine for me.

I don't understand,why it can't launch. Okay,no S-Note app is present eighter in App drawer,nor in widgets,nor @homescreen as a widget.
Where should it be otherwise?
Some way to install it additionally?

Strange -- if I choose a video from Gallery, then select to use Video Player, then it plays just fine.

If I Go to Video Player directly, I get a display of vids. Choose one and it crashes.

Has anyone seen any fixes for this? I'll keep looking.

Otherwise I'm tempted to remove it since I use another video player anyway.

Think I found it -- missing minimode.jar

EDIT: found the proper minimode.jar and associated APK. Updated version coming...

I've updated the ROM on the Dropbox and Google Drive download sites, or you could just try pushing the attached file to /system/framework and setting permissions to match.

video player is now working!!!! unfortunately pop-up video player =FC

OK -- updated version is on the OP -- flash without a wipe and this should get pop-ups working.

Or simply push the attached and set permissions to RW-R-R

minimode.jar goes to /system/framework
minimode-res.apk goes to /system/app

Sorry, I haven't figured out how to make flashable update ZIPs -- if you are uncomfortable with using something like Root Explorer to move the files, flash the ROM without wiping and it should leave your data alone.

please update to the new XXLSC, not sure if its got anything better than this one... i want to know also why are games playing at a low FPS about 20~24 but on menus it stays at around 48~55 FPS....i use FPS meter to measure not sure if its accurate but games do slow to a annoying state especially Most Wanted and Asphalt 7.. i use my phone as a gaming device so minimal(5) extra apps + 8~15 Games... this is not on your rom but all roms i tried since TW JB, ICS was better

thanks. I didnt expect that but so far it is the best JB ROM I've ever had and I've tried a lot. Battery life is great and the rom itself is superfast. I will remove few more things I dont use and replace some apps with apps of my choice making in truly LITE and CUSTOM for me . Thanks once again.

Most propbably he is using Hydracore Kernel which give Overclocking.
Even if he is not using the OC version...Mali400 is clocked at 400Mhz instead of 233Mhz which is already the biggest boost.

So for OC you should use ANY ROM with his kernel. Sadly Greg got busy lately so there is no JB-Leak kernel from him currently.

Correction: GPU is no more set to 400mhz for some time now. So...for Full GPU power use the OC version!


+1 for the XXLSC Rom from me.

Love this Rom here since most of the useless stuff is NOT present so I don´t have to uninstall about 30 apps via titanium but only 5 or so. Saves me a lot of time...so I hope he keeps up the good work.

Hydracore doesn't work with tw based jb roms
