Hey @all!
Be patient though, I will upload an experimental CyanogenMod 10.2 (Android 4.3).

http://goo.gl/pqCtcd

Also, I will create a new thread about CM-10.2 soon.

Greetings from the U.K.

Installed CM10.2 / JB4.3 and working well, no problems.

Thank you Sir!

Spoke to soon. 8010 has locked up when attempting to revert to CM10.1/JB4.2.2 via TWRP!

I am now in a bit of a quandry as I am unable to boot the 8010, it just keeps the CM10 logo turning on the screen and nothing else. I am able to get into TWRP and have tried installing 20130715 from both the internal and external SD cards without luck.

Any advice would be most welcome.

Yes!
You can fix it by flashing cm-10.2 back,... making your apps backups and... doing a factory reset. :crying:

I had same situation here.:crying: I am sorry!

Btw, I uploaded new one cm-10.2.

bluetooth keyboard behavior

When I use my bluetooth keyboard and tap a text-entry box, the soft keyboard pops up, blocking the majority of the screen. My preference is for the soft keyboard only to pop up when there is no connected bluetooth keyboard. Is there any fix for this?

Its been a while since I've been on this site. But I've tried the kernel and the drivers from this in the AOKP port and they were stellar. I'm aiming on going all the way this time because I've been having issues with a previous ROM. So until I can mod that one and get it running as I desire it, I just want to try something different.

Once this is stable enough, I'll be sure to use that until the official KL update comes along and people start to tackle that dessert.

Thank you again Humberto. No need for sorrow, you are doing a superb job that I, and many others, cannot do. I admire your expertise. Again Many Thanks.

Recovered O/S and working but with the same minor problems as previous version - cannot access Gmail or Play Store - looks like a reversion to July 15th for the time being!

Regards

Pete

Please, check the gapps version that you are using or just reinstall it on your current Android version.

Guys, it is an experimental package (not release candidate, not stable as well).

Also, we don't have old tablet UI at moment.

But, for me (n8013), it is working as daily driver.

I know it isn't stable build or even a normal nightly build since it's experimental. I was just wondering how well it works so far on the n8013 to get an idea of how unstable it is. Since there arent any major issues though so far, I'll give it a try. I don't mind a few bugs. The nexus 4 has quiet a few cm 10.2 bugs but it's still useable to me.

Do you recommend a full wipe if I am currently on cm 10.1?

Full wipe is not required.
So, just wipe cache, format /system then install it.

Does google still officially offer a tablet ui? For some reason I thought I read awhile ago that they weren't differentiating between tablet and phone ui anymore and custom roms were having to add it themselves.

*edit: I just finished installing it and it works great.:D It definetly seems smoother. It's probably the added trim support that 4.3 has. Great job porting it! :highfive:

CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

    Code:
    #include
    /*
     * Your warranty is now void.
     *
     * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
     * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
     * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
     * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
     * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
     */
CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.

What are Nightly builds? Auto compiled builds of the latest CyanogenMod source from github. This version change each night and aren't officialy supported. If you find bugs/issues you can/must discuss here (do not submit nightlies bug on CyanogenMod issue tracker).:good:

My builds uses all official CyanogenMod sources except the kernel. But I am merging it with all fixes/features from CM kernel repo, Google and kernel.org mainline too.

    HERE

    Reporting Bugs
Before reporting a bug, please make sure you are running as stock as possible. This means no custom kernel, no custom framework modification, etc. If you are using any of the above modifications, please flash the rom again to get rid of the modifications before reporting.

Please read the thread for known issues before reporting.

Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. The following is a useful format to follow.
    Code:
    What is your--
      Tablet model:
      Radio (baseband):
      CM version:
      CM Download url:
      Gapps version:
    ----------------------------------------------------
    Did you--
      wipe:
      restore with titanium backup:
      reboot after having the issue:
    ----------------------------------------------------
    Are you using--
      a task killer:
      a non-stock kernel:
      CMSettings/Performance settings (other than stock):
      other modifications:
