So is the process for this:
- TWRP (install through Droid Tools or SP Flash Tool)
- Install Kernel with TWRP
- Restore Easy install zip backup with TWRP
- Factory Reset

?

Thanks for your work.

Edit: Solved! I found this part on Kuronosan's site:
NOTE: Devices with less than 1GB of system RAM may not complete a /tmp directory flash.
Check your edify scripts and adjust accordingly.
After googling I found out the edify script which is called updater-script.
After another search on the forum I found out it resides in
META-INF\com\google\android\updater-script (That's inside the zip)

So I modified META-INF\com\google\android\updater-script
and changed every reference to /tmp to /external_sd/tmp. And yeay it works!!!

So if you have a problem with your 512MB version see above.

Surprised there's so little activity in this thread. Everyone's abandoned their TS?

With this ROM, this is the best my watch has ever worked I'd say. Bluetooth actually seems to work reliably now in particular so maybe I can actually use SWAppLink. It transferred that SWatchManager successfully, but not really sure what that really does.

A few notes:
Battery life is still pretty bad. I did have about 2 hours screen time yesterday and was playing a bit obviously, but it only lasted about 12 hours. Maybe my battery is bad.
Not sure how to remove the in built clock face to replace with SWAppLink although it has some issues of its own.
Gallery app keeps crashing
I had to used Xposed to change the DPI for the SU app otherwise I couldn't permanently enable superuser access for some apps (mainly the gestures one).

Still playing a bit and battery life is pretty bad (but that may be the battery as much as anything since it's sat around for a while sometimes fairly discharged).

Sent you a few bucks to buy a beer or two.

I appreciate that.

It must be the battery, as I've been testing idle and it's not even below 80% after 4 days. With use I get about 2 days.

The watch manager is what lets you answer calls and sync contacts.

What DPI did you use for SU? It's bugging the hell out of me.

As far as the gallery, I'm still working on getting the camera to initialize. The real issue with those clocks is that they are built into an app called swclockwidget. Remove that, they'll go away.

Ok. I don't really care about the gallery, or even the camera that much since although I'm a right hander, I wear my watch on my right wrist meaning the camera points up my arm. If I can figure out how to rotate everything 180 degrees it might work OK (although the band will be backwards of course). Just tried it now and seems to go alright actually - makes the buttons work now too. I see there's options in App Settings to rotate but I'm not sure where/how to do a generic rotate all.

I picked 75dpi and it's just enough for the SU without making it too small. It was impossible to read the original value in App Settings so I just took a guess. Worst case wipe and reinstall. I also set App Settings itself to 75. Font scale was left at 100.

I did get a second battery. I might give it a go but it's never been used so might be worse. Not a fan of removing the back each time though. It's down to 85% after just 2h18m so far. Battery Monitor widget is predicting 1d4h left.

You don't install it on the watch. It's already integrated. If you're running Cyanogen you might have to manually install the app.

Any possibility to make this a standalone rom ?Currently it appears that this rom kills the phone functionality.

I use my omate as an emergency phone or when i dont want to carry my phone.

What do you mean standalone ROM? It doesn't require anything extra now.

It would certainly not be intentional that it doesn't work. Sure you have the right versions?

He's talking about the SIM, which doesn't work because the RIL functions haven't been ported. It's not likely I can get it to work but I've been at it for 9 months almost.

Oh, so the phone function will not work? Doesn't affect me but that's a bit annoying. I can't seem to find what RIL means.
