Where is the download link for build 7 and where is the change log for build 6 & 7 , I can't find them

why is it that my battery drains fast?
and why is it that when i change my cpu settings reverts back to the default??
I flashed this rom together with the gapps of rashed (mini gapps)
what can I do to improve it?
