Project LARD
Project LARD is a implementation of newer, pure JellyBean samsung drivers for the following

- Mali GPU
- EGL drivers
- GLES drivers

They are simply kanged from the Note2 system dump with no other changes. Its not quite Butter, its LARD.

Search yourself a good filemanager and check the root of your memory card(s) for a .nomedia file. Also check your music and picture folders for a .nomedia file.

Did that...i have few folders with name .nomedia to hide some of my pics...both on internal and external memory...Gallery doesn't show those pics but it's showing other pics from internal memory...gallery doesn't show any file from external memory

SOURCE CODE is to project butter when talking to CM team what MODE EDIT Finally got it?

An updated blob from Samsung (ie one with the correct hooks for butter) could potentially help us too, in the same way that "project LARD" has helped.

Agree, yet publicly stating that will yield another horde of I SAW NEW LEAK WHEN WE GET BUTTER? I SAW NEW LEAK WHEN WE GET BUTTER? sayers. So while it potentially could improve the situation, the source code will unleash butter for the Note.
But LARD does feel nice, I dont think it's fully placebo and I hope no one disproves that in a highly technical post
