If you wondering why the name as Half Illusion then let me clear it to you. Its the illusion that its a entirely new rom but infact its out from the Project Asylum so your illusion is just half
Its based on the AOKP build by Anti and we have given the rom some electric shocks and injected the tweaks.

The birth of this rom took place to counter the repeated flashing of all the tweaks that you and we require everytime we flash a AOSP or AOKP rom. This is a wholesome package of the tweaks and enhancements but yeah some not very useful apps are removed for the zip. Please download the removed apks zip and push the desired app to the /system/app folder using a root browser and set permissions to -rw-r--r--

Two Choices
One with Anidroid kernel...just making it easier for all ya so that you don't have to flash the kernel again after flashing the rom
. Keeping in the league of a wholesome package. Some awesome governors in Anidroid- Thanks novic_dev. Check screenshot. But Mind ya app2sd does not work yet on this kernel. Read this for more info.
The other one with the usual CM kernel. Cheers!

-READ THIS FIRST, then proceed
Make sure you have the ability mount /system R/W and be able to paste into /system as well.
DO NOT FLASH ANY CM9 BASED ROM FROM AN ICS KERNEL, YOU WILL BRICK YOUR DEVICE!!
The ICS kernel's cannot handle the "format" command in the updater script, CM is working on trying to use delete_recursive instead, but for the time being. please use caution.
Use only a CM9 kernel to flash CM, or a GB kernel. Do not deviate from these instructions, otherwise YOU WILL HAVE A PAPERWEIGHT.
-download rom/gapps to int/ext sd card
-nandroid
-wipe data/cache
-flash Half-Illusion_xx
-flash gapps
-reboot
If already on AOKP or older version of HI rom
-download rom/gapps to int/ext sd card
-wipe cache (though data wipe is highly recommended)
-flash Half-Illusion
-flash gapps
-reboot
