I already tried the Kit Kat and 4.3.1 ROMs from Sultan, as well as the MIUI v5 ROM.
They have serious multitasking issues. Is this problem present in this ROM as well?
I know, the device isn't getting younger and has limited RAM but I don't think that stock ROM had this problem! Never tried it though, got the device from my brother.
So here is what happens:
I listen to music and open Feedly. Scroll through the articles and after some seconds music player gets killed by the LMK. Same with browsing, Play Store and even playing small games. Unbearable!
Smart Statusbar, battery bar or any other service always gets killed as well. This never (!) happened on my Motorola Atrix 4G. Could run all services without a problem, playing big games, listenig to music and switch to WhatsApp from time to time without any app getting killed or experiencing lag. I know, it has more RAM, but my brother told me that he didn't experience this problems this with stock ROM and CM9 on the Sensation.

Somehow CM 11 roms seem to have terrible multitasking, you should find this a lot better. Don't expect miracles though, the sensation only has around 500mb of useable ram which in this day and age is nothing!

Which Sense 4 ROM is better? The Venom one or the Revelation one from @SebastianFM?

The sense 4 roms are down to your personal preference, viperS contains lots of tweaks and stuff, revolution from sebastian is totally stock.
But honestly viperS 5 is so stable now and everything about sense 5 is better so i'd use this. It is a lot lighter than sense 4 too so multitasking will naturally be superior.
Tried cm11 without any lag or multitasking prob...weired other people experienced it...

Hm, do you even use camera on this rom?
In general this rom is pretty stable, but every 4-5 pictures/videos I capture - crash.
Also one time when I watched some video, screen gone slowly black and touchscreen didn't work, lock and unlock solve it.
I would love to see update for camera bugs.
Yes of course I have.
I haven't had any of the problems you've mentioned and I've never had the camera crash on me.
I don't know how often you use camera, but I capture videos (mostly) and take photos cca 10 times a week and I often experienced crashes when I record videos at hd.
Ok thanks. Maybe xloud IS the answer why volumes are louder on Sense 4+ than on 5. Thanks again..hoping for it soon.

The answer to that is Venom Tweaks. You will find lots of customization there for statusbar, navbar, dock, notifications panel and everything.

When you are recieving a call on lockscreen, you just have to drag up whatever choice you want (answer or reject), just liken when your alarm sounds on lockscreen, you just pull it up to make it shut up. On.older sense version, you pull down whatever your choice to the center of the lock ring. Now on Sense 5, since we have no lock ring you just pull your choice up.Can anybody please help me with this?

So I did flash both Viper ROMs. You are right: Multitasking works perfectly! On both of them.
The problem is: I hate Sense
nothing we can change. But I have to admit that this ROM is the fastest I've ever used on the Sensation!
