Install KSM Control and Run it with Scanning speed as Low, I repeat you have to keep scanning speed Low.
KSM will help you to gain some RAM. Don't worry it wont drain your Battery at all.​

secondly when switching on the device the boot sound doesn't work while showing the boot animation

Wanna report a problem im facing..
Everytime i try to connect a bluetooth headset, after it says connected, the phone reboot..
Same thing with urbeats headset.. when song plays, if I unplug the cable, phone reboot.. if the cable still attached to the phone after reboot, the phone or sense wont load up.. just black blank screen..

Any idea how to fix it?

Tweaks aren't, the tweaks app IS. Including CPU and ksm control

for me this rom is great other than the compass issue. compass is not working well. always shows wrong direction. and google map is very important for me. hope venom team can fix this bug. dont know whether it's related to kernel. the same issue with revelation 1.0.3.

You can reposition blinkfeed if it bothers you. Just like in earlier android versions, long press on any empty space on youi homescreen or do the pinch gesture. You should see your homescreens with blinkfeed marked as home. You can mark another screen as home so blinkfeed won't be the 1st page.

i have done that already

but firstly i wanted to remove it(completely)
i didn't know that was the blinkfeed
but in the end i like it

For me i have sense and blinkfeed restart after running a heavy app. But restart is only for a few seconds and my phone is snappy again.

I forgot to install htc internet browser and removed it at set up. Withou re flashing is it possible to install please? as chrome (default) does not support flash player

i etracted rom zip and found the following two files ViperSC2_3.1.4/system/app/Browser.apk and ViperSC2_3.1.4/system/app/SmallApp-Browser.apk

are these them and if so how to adb across as system apps and their widget?

First THX Team Venom for this super fast Rom!!!

I desense the rom cause I hate the Sense 5 Start Screen. I installed Apex. But after that clock is completle gone. No widget no nothing.

Who can help?

Htc widgets are gone because you desensed your rom. Widgets come with the sense launcher.

use any file manager with root rights and push them in system/app folder
set rw-r-r as permissions and reboot

about adb commands i think these are the ones

adb remount
adb push Browser.apk system/app
adb push SmallApp-Browser.apk system/app
adb reboot

Every time i reboot phone i lost my Twitter, Facebook and Dropbox account :/ Also I can't add TT and FB to blinkfeed :/

Can it be because i restore them from TBP ?

Probably. Fb and other stuff exclusively for sense 4 cannot be restored and reused on sense 5.

When the next update comes for this awesome rom can I update it OTA in settings or will I have to download the whole rom once again? Sorry for noob question.

It depends on the Team. If they will implement a big change that cannot be carried by a 22+MB of ota then it has to be a full new rom just like vipers 3.1.3 and 3.1.4. But we can install it as an update for this base if ever next release will be a full rom.
