Camera still not working after updating from 5.1.0 to 5.2.1

tried the camera fixes like deleting the thumbnail etc.. but i still my cam wont work.. only the gallery works fine..

you have a similar thinking to mine. I am trying to remove unnecessary ballast myself because it makes my aging phone run much fester with out all those unused apps
Venom ROMs are the best but I have noticed that this particular one is quite sensitive to apps being removed during AROMA part of installation. I don't use twitter or facebook, but deselecting them during installation breaks Blinkfeed even if you download Facebook from Play Store later.
I had same issue with viewing photos and videos on the phone when during installation I've deselected HTC Watch TV player, video playback would not work reliably in Gallery even though I had third party video player installed.

I don't give a ... something about blinkfeed, so I don't use it. I think it is't working even after you reinstall the fb because when you chose in aroma to uninstall it is remved from system apps and when you install it is installing in data . Allso when you uninstall it it is a apk in system folder named facebook engine wichi I think is providing news to blinkfeed, I just think I'm not sure about this.

You can't expect that the guys maintaining the ROM are always here just to answer everything in an instant. So instead of complaining, why don't you create a backup of your current setup, and try it yourself?

Guys, Is there a way to un-root this ROM? My company does not allow rooted devices to connect to the network. Thanks!

Google a xposed framework "rootcloak" to hide root without unrooting.

Buttons not working is may be of hardware failure.

I don't understand what you're saying. But how this awesome ROM had blinkfeed? This work is called "porting"-editing parts of a rom to make it compatible for other phones. How they managed it? Because Team Venom is the best dev for HTC phones..they have done what no other dev did-port a Sense jellybean kernel, courtesy of mr. @SebastianFM, we had the door open to jellybean with Sense 4/4+, which eventually led to this ROM..Sense 5..

Well it is possible, (see the attached image again )

It amazed me too when I noticed in the morning that my sensation still running after "7 hrs screen on" time !!

I use no sim now a days in this mobile, only use it with Wi-Fi with airplane mode ON.

I'll post more result tomorrow morning.
