Yes, but i have no testers anymore as everyone moved to m7/m8,(dont need them anyways as development basically stoped..) only tester is my sister, and she doesn't understand much about it

So not sure if its better or in worse case scenario the same..

It has to do with your phone, battery, or some app you installed, it has nothing to do with rom, hundreds or even thousands of us are using viperS without any reboot...

So...
i do have Viper 5.3.0 prepared for some time, but as you know we are not like some devs who update market apps, zipalign new binary (which makes no changes lol) , add new kernel and release new rom...so i didint feel like its worth releasing until there are more changes, but...

...as you know, SebastianFM is gone for some time, and i havent heard from him in a several months and i really hope nothing happend to him and that his fine.

Monarx is busy with own stuff, so there wont be any new tweaks or changes (not that much was left to do/fix).


So if you guys want i can upload you ViperS 5.3.0 in current state if anyone wants to test if there are any improvements, and than ill see if its worth updating officially. So what do you think?

This is current changelog from 5.2.1>5.3.0

- Aroma UI tweakups
- Minor re-optimization to all apks/jars (Saves very minor RAM when using some apps)
- Dalvik heap adjustments for better ram management
- Updated dalvik system libs from Desire 700 (1.80.708.8)
- Disabled some system loggers
- Added additional and re-arranged system languages selection
- Updated Play services 5.0.89 (Fixes Wakelocks)
- Updated Google play store 4.9.13
- Updated all market apps

Besides i basically use my phone for chatting n calling n cheking my fb n twitter accounts. And on those regards i dont see a reason to change this phone. Althou i do like customising it.

However i hve some additions. I was hoping that you could add option to change productivity lockscreen wallpaper . And that it shows more than 1 custom app notification in the lockscreen.

My phone only restarts when i use the camera with flash.
My battery is 2 months old so that isn't the problem either.
could it be a hardware issue?

Dont use the flash when the battery is below 30%

Try cleaning phonr pins, and puš battery with a piece of paper toward pins, it maybe helps..

The battery is a very tight fit. Those pins you are reffering to, are those the pins for the battery? And how can i clean them?

well, on that day, i was just chatting via FB messenger, and while i was typing, a weird thing happened. whle i was typing, my screen began turning black, like a black liquid was slowly spreading across the screen from inside..i panicked so i turned off the display, tunred it on again, and the screen went normal for a while, but then started to fade to black again. until there was nothing to be seen no matter how i turn the creen off and on again.

Well, I'll waiting for 5.3.0. Because, ViperS 5.2.1 is the current 'stable' beside all kitkat rom in my opinion. All kitkat roms for senny can't do VoIP, but I'm using that feature everyday. I Always trying new KitKat roms for senny but I always restoring backup to ViperS thank you @ivicask

Here is 5.3.0 version uploaded, note this is unofficial release, but its anyways "collecting dust" on my Dropbox, so sharing it with you.
And please dont report any old bugs or stuff thats not related to this changes as everything else should work same as in 5.2.1.
