No you dont have to pay for Tweaks, they are free..but locked right now..and if i show you guys now how to unlock them, you can easily find out how you can bypass the timer..and i dont want you to disrespect Team Venom like that...

@ivicask

In earlier roms with 4.1.2 and Sebastian kernel. It floods my (wifi) router. When i switch to another rom this problem is gone...
The problem is.. it crashes my router lol :< must be something kernel or rom related or a bug in android 4.1.2?

There's no errorslogs in rom though

- found that this is a android bug.

https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=33590

It's fixed in 4.2.

Possible to port ?

All great, however share data of PC for phone not connection when i use with this ROM.
With me Venom Tweak not important, because this ROM is very smooth and perfection. PLease tell me method to fix , THank you!
Connect to pc works fine on me. Data transfer on MTP is even a lot faster than sense 4 roms.:D

It seems that my sensation is definitively broken... It's like if i was continuosly pressing the power button... When i put the battery at its place, the phone switchs on automatically on its own....it's like became crazy :D

All this months waiting for the sense 5... just the time to try and love it.. and it's gone!!:crying::crying:
Oh that sucks, I had the same thing happen to my HTC Touch Pro as why I bought my HTC Sensation.
This is why sweep2wake or double tap to wake
is essential :)

I got this annoying bug too. From gallery it work perfectly. but when i changed my pictures "My Profile" I cant changed it as it didn't showed up in Set as contact icon.
Already Format the sdcard, Delete DCIM no luck.
Might be com.android.providers.media folder contents or other related album folders in the Android folder on your SD card. Try deleting them, reboot and then try again.

Guys, do sense widgets work in 3rd party apps?
I tried in Nova, they don't. But very surprisingly, in Aviate launcher, they do! Like, did HTC change their minds, or programmers done something impossible?
Sorry, widgets are not stretched properly.

my mistake

@ichigo_kurosaki what lag? Theres no lag.that post was to ENHANCE ram. Not a must. Theres no lag on Sense 5 if you are stuffing with apps which hogs in background.
yes, yes, my mistake bro. i forgot i don't ave Greenify installed here on my sense 5. i previously had a TB file of it but i read that it is not advisable to restore TB backup of Greenify. so now i have Greenify again and my gaming is back to normal.

Guys, off topic for a bit. i need help again. still, this is for a friend who'm i tried to help root his phone. as you know he has Hboot1.18, so he can S-OFF via revolutionary. i haven't given him full instructions to go and do the revolutionary thing yet..i just told him to restore his nandroid of stock rom for the meantime while i research about S-OFF (because after rooting and flashing 4ext recovery and enabling smartflash, he immediately tried flashing the sense 5), and that was what caused the problem, but as i have said, i have taught him to restore his stock rom so everything went fine.

another problem arose last night because he attempted to do the Revolutionary without my knowledge. yes, he succeeded in gaining s-off. from 1.18, his hboot is now 1.17.1111. but (i dunno what he did after gaining the beta key) but he then said that Revolutionary flashed the stock recovery on his phone(because he answered YES), then after that flashing of stock recovery, he was able to flash sense 5 again (i dunno..i cannot imagine how can that happen)..but rom did not boot up. so that is where the major problem begins. that is his fault for immediately flashing sense 5 while on stock recovery. now, he cannot boot into recovery nor restore his nadroid backup of his rom (created by 4ext). so how can this problem be solved? it is very complicated and i haven't encountered that problem yet so i cannot help him.

as far as i know, sensation with H-BOOT 1.17.1111 is a Gingerbread rom, u must upgrade your firmware to stockrom ICS with H-BOOT 1.29.1111 and then gain S-OFF with joupunutbear method with wiretrick . . .
i hope it might help u friend :D

he already gained s-off via Revolutionary last night. he did it at his own risk, without even asking for my help. he did things right, he has gained s-off (yes, he is GB and original Hboot 1.18). but when Revolutionary asked him if he wants to flash recovery from REvolutionary, he follishly selected YES. and after that he flashed sense 5. then poof! the problem begins. he flashed sense 5, but, cannot boot up the rom obviously. so he created his own problem. now, he cannot restore even his nandroid backup of stock GB rom he created via 4ext recovery. so now he is stuc having a phone with no OS.

Thats sounds correct so far, now he has to flash the 3.33 universal firmware to get h-boot 1.27 as 1.17 is for Ginger Bread and then finally he can flash the ROM successfully :)

Edit: Also revolutionary doesn't flash stock recovery but an old version of clockwork recovery as that why the guide I linked to you said to press no as they recommend a newer version but just flash 4ext recovery anyway.

so he can immediately flash firmware 3.33? the only recovery he can use now is cWM. he can flash it via the sensation 4G toolkit. 4ext doesn't seem to work for him if he flashes it via toolkit.

Yes he can, you flash firmware via boot loader and flash recovery manually either via fastboot or with a PG58IMG.zip from boot loader.

I'm not sure why you want me to read this for? I am aware of the firmware process :D
He is already S-off the revolutionary way (the best way), all he needs to do is update his firmware to the 3.33 firmware in the post you linked so he can run JB or ICS.

so can i choose any universal firmware from that firmware link then give it to him to download and fllash? and does it need to be flashed via recovery (CWM)? or just let the bootloader detect the PGM image thingy? his phone is a senny 4G not locked to any network as he is Filipino like me.

Yes choose the one at the top of the list, I have linked it below also.

PG58IMG.zip is flashed via bootloader, just place the PG58IMG.zip on the root of his SD card and enter bootloader :)

Universal 3.33 firmware > http://d-h.st/SuC

Edit: Make sure he checks the md5 checksum is correct for the PG58IMG.zip after placed on SD card before flashing (very important).

how to check for it? btw, that link you gave me is the one i chose to give him earlier.:) but thanks anyway. really appreciate the help. sorry for ruining this rom thread. the OP can just delete my posts here after i sort out this problem. i am used to helping noobs on my FB sensation group...i have helped many people root and have custom roms, but this problem i am facing now for someone is the worse i have yet faced. so i need help from an awesome community like xda.:D
