CyanogenMod10 (JellyBean) UNOFFICIAL based port for HTC Legend

DISCLAIMER: This is a rom intended for somehow devs and enthusiasts, in beta development stage and, although rather responsive and stable, it could be not suitable for daily use.

ISSUES

For native wifi wakeup 3rd part app is needed.

CM Wallpapers have been removed for saving /system space. You can download them here: CMWallpapers.apk. You can to unzip the wallpapers from here.

Install as usual in CM9. HBOOT >= 1.02.0000 is needed. You need will be hboot unlocked or S-OFF. Otherwise, you will have bootlooping..You must to use JellyBean gapps gapps-jb-20120726-small_armv6.zip.

For trackpad wakeup, an script has been include (thanks to winsuk from aria) in /system/bin/trackballwakeup. Just execute it in a shell and reboot.

Note "keep Wifi on during sleep" is set up 'Never' by default. Change it to 'Always', otherwise you will have reboots.

Youtube HQ / Video HQ is working, thanks to Ganster41 libstagefright fix for Video decoding. However, embebed youtube videos in browser are not shown properly.

Camera is built as LegacyCamera so it has not got former more advanced options (burst mode, etc.). Panoramic works but it shows a blank area.

Native camcording works, check quality and fps are fine.

ok... rom booted. hard to move around as system hung so much.
i manage to put phone into these settings
-disable USB debugging notify <----- i think this is messing with the notification bar
-flight mode
-off profiles
-Allow unknown sources
-Android Debugging
-set 16bit transperency
-Root access Apps and ADB

- got to love the camera swipe right to left. best way to use it is to launch the camera from Gallery.
launching camera direct from app drawer will have some screen jitters.

list to avoid (phone will turn to zombie)
-menu button of Trebuchet (default launcher) desktop. access setting via app drawer instead if you need to.
-video recording (found from camera).
-delete pictures from gallery.
-watching video from gallery.
-accessing camera from lock screen (din have a chance where it worked for me)

---not too sure what went wrong... camera app will not launch
i guess thats for today.
i'll wipe and reflash tomorrow to test again

some notes to testers: use "adb reboot" if you lazy to open the battery to reboot the phone.

Edit -- I installed the build sucessfully without LiveWallpapers ... anyway I have uploaded the same build, but including LiveWallpapers (it is supposed about only 1.2 MB extra space). CMWallpaper is removed.

Installed from a CM9, I wiped all and the installation goes well.

I experienced some reboots during the resintallation of my applications. Oh and the calc appli does force close.

Anyway, the rom is pretty fast and more responsive than cm9. I will try to logcat futur reboots.

Please, check the OP about "keep Wifi on during sleep" . It is Never by default and it should be Always + third app for wifi sleep optionally.

Thanks. From my part, the fading from cm9 to cm10 is done, and now it is the turn for amazing Cyanogenmod Team, which I suppose they will progress very much over cm10. I think cm10 functionality is near to cm9 one, except new issues pointed out at OP, and the functionality not implemented yet by CM (as data usage tool, for example. ).:good:
