Installation Procedure
- Be Sure to be on SAFE Kernel before proceeding
- Reboot to Recovery (CWM)
- Wipe Data/Factory Reset
- Wipe Cache
- Wipe Dalvik Cache
- Format System,Preload in Mounts Storage
- Install the zip
- reboot
- flash the scrolling fix for xxlt4 after initial setup
