Funny but we dont get it from him so soon, i contacted him and said it is part of their rom and will release only as a whole rom...i asked further if he can just give a hint what he has done to make it work but again he replied it is their part of the rom....

funny point is that these guys just want every mod from others to use for their rom, and when they have something ready they just do not pass it further....it is up to them, but it is not nice at all...

I can say i replied and gave help to everybody that contacted me via PM, on the other side, i got also help from other people for what i am thankfull to them,...so i am not gonna hunt any Italian website if they released their rom or not with tablet Ui...

hide navigation bar

Hi der,

I have been using this rom for couple of weeks noe, everything else is working as it should be apart from the annoying navigation bar. Did we all forget that we are using this rom on a note which doesn't need any of thise soft navigation buttons? I would like to remove or hide the navigation bar and have a full screen estate. I really don't care even if I miss the minimod quick access buttons attached to the navigation bar. I tried editing the build.prop by adding "qemu.hw.mainkeys=1" but it got me into a frequent system crash and a not working dialpad on the top of loosing the statusbar. Now I can't recive or make any calls!!!

Is there a solution for this Somebody can suggest. Any help would be highly appreciated. I really don't wanna switch this rom just for this reason alone. Please help me

I never made my mod with HW.MAINKEYS in build prop like other may think! I just enabled "navigationbar" in framework - the way how it was using original TAB2, so either go with other rom and use it with 213dpi, replace apps you like from this rom, or replace framwork-res.apk from the original base + original SystemUi (so XXLS7 in case of MiniTab v0,3).
You can also go with Raj_ch rom where he is using multidpi apps modded to work also on 213dpi quite nice.

The RevegeDev Team is still working on a few issues, concerning TouchWiz launcher and, in detail, homepage and drawer layout.
Some progress has been made but is still insufficient to help or give hints to someone. This is not selfishness, and the Team has no intention of “stealing” other developer’s hard work without giving rightful credits or proper value to Your great work.
We really love genuine spirit of sharing, and we are very glad we have overcome some hard obstacles.
When we’ll have complete our work then we will share it and our little knowledge here on xda, first in Your thread if You'll let us :fingers-crossed:

In the meantime i have everything from XXLSC ready for use with 213dpi, 100% working and nice looking TW Launcher, dialer also stock also from N10,1....some fixes for recents apps, google now, ripple banalities and rotations....so i might be helpfull to pass those apps to you...

I again today killed some time with that SysUi - and that f... think do not want to appear at me, so any simple word from you where to dig would be highly apretiated. Or just pass me the file or what...

I never made my mod with HW.MAINKEYS in build prop like other may think! That's wot I exactly wanted to know. Now i'll try playing with the framework resources and see if I can disable it from there. Meanwhile I'll also wait for the full tablet rom that you guyz are working on. Wish you all the success.

This*wont*happen*- XXLSA/C sysUi has its sources and even more what can the N1 now take!

...hopefully*i am wrong and somebody*will*have*succes,*i managed the same thing some time ago (read last page for my post to CHIPWIZ), there are also other ways to force "system bar" etc...but....systemUi never worked in TabUI probably because of moooore things involved...(some might try it on earlier builds like XXLS1/LS2 where we worked in Tab2-7 mode.
1. Look at the nexus 10 - no tablet UI, so true tabUi will last probably only for CM. AOKP, PA roms - so FUTURE of google says NO TABLET UI!
2. In our very first JB leak there was a lot of things similar to Note 10,1 JB leak - has "miniapp tray" "S apps" panel in its rom...but some of the things has changed in our 4,1,2 - other new layouts added, "mentioning CENTERBAR" , minimizing apps is ready - so these things are in XXLSA/C - but not in latest official N10,1 JB,...this means the Sammsung is probably cooking in the same kitchen for Spen devices like N1/2 and N10,1....
3. MultiWindow will be Samsungs strong feature for the future releases - see official N10,1 and compare XXLSA/C - we can run every single app in MWindow, N10,1 can not yet, we can see sources for "minimizing" in XXLSA/C - was not on XXLS1/2 and is not even on official JB for N10,1....
.,.and future is no TabUI - so i quess "phablet" also for Samsungs 10,1 and at the bottom there will be a CENTER BAR similar to windows where you can see your minimized apps etc...but this is not probably ready yet and we can not run it on N1 as it probably is not even ready to run on N10,1 - so we only see the bits of code for future features.

I believe, we will be able to run the "center bar" feature in the future - but there is no need to kill the time anymore for tabUI as it probably dies for stock roms also for 10inch tablets. I like TabUi very much especially for such big screen - easy to operate the device in one hand, but we have to learn to use it like "phablet"...

I've tried all the recent roms out there but nothing beats the usability of this rom among tw ones.
I keep getting back to this one despite the lags after a couple of days with no restart and the slow reaction of some apps (e.g. calculator).
I would like again to thank the developer for his wonderful job whether he ever brings something new or not.

Nice to see you here mister (i know your rom thread from begin to end, followed it very closely....

I know your work very well and was using your SystemUi on iCS with working tablet UI and also managed to get work all of the available miniapps. I got back shortly to ICS these days, also with your tablet SysUi (some small mods by me

In generall, i see that ICS is a lot stable, quicker better in any way...sorry guys, we have a lot of new functions in XXLSA/LSC - but still latest ICS builds are more responsive and usable than any of the JB leaks. (yes, we have smoother launcher thanks to Pbutter, but in general opening apps, working with the phone i find much better in ICS.) Brrr, and i got several "bootloops" on JB XXLSA where i just found my phone stock on first gt-n7000 welcome screen.....Hopefully next final releases will be FINAL and stable and we can work on that build.

I compared a lot SysUi from ICS (your vs stock Tab7,7) i saw those differencies you have done. I was playing also with JB sysUi and i was not the lucky man

These days, guys from revenge dev team promised to release their 160dpi working SysUi - when they have it ready and working, i believe they can force the TabUi to 213dpi that way as did guys in Nexus7 (barrmulio) and Tab 2 (0jmajster0) - forcing the sw720 sources worked for me as well, but no working SysUi - so if we got 160dpi working SysUi (revengers have it) than it will be easy.

So will get in touch with you via PM, but probably for the future i will try to work only on stable official build, so i will be very happy if you could help out somebody more active in the JB development. (revengers for example?) There is amount of people that like TabUi on this device, so i will be just happy that my initial rom showed the potential how far this device can go....
