I gonna try to update to this rom from JB3 but I have a couple of questions:

- the note on the calendar widget buggers me a lot. Any chance to get a fix on it anytime soon?
- are you using italic fonts in the menus? the note with the optional font update is changing this back or the (imho) excellent fonts on the locker screen?
- is there a direct performance comparison between jboogies3 orange and this one? should it be faster/slower than the previous one?

calendar widget works if you use launcherPro widgets. This is a different build with better performance and optimizations that my previous rom

hmm the launcher pro widgets doesn't seem to offer a 2x2 sized one I'm afraid I've got used to it already..

Thanks JBoogie, this rom is amazingly fast and I've had no issues (no wifi calling but not an actual issue just a want). I've been getting quadrant scored around 1540 @ 1100 during normal use (no killing services or apps to boost score, and no stagefright cheating). The best I was averaging before was [email protected] with various roms. I also adjusted my "lowmemorykiller"settings and quit using a task killer. Bottom line: completely stable, fast, and great battery life.

Ps: im using setvsel with a couple tweaks and I've had no issues

ok I'm happy with Calwidget, works as expected, looks okay.

I've updated your rom on top of the previous one (Jboogies3) as suggested by the instructions, but I've some blur stuff running in the background. I will do a clear install from scratch. Will it bring any benefit to flash the latest sbf instead of the 2.2 chinese, eg. latest kernel?

I love the rom so far, slightly lower quadrant results on my phone but less lag and more smooth experience all around. Thanks for your great work!

Just had to do a complete reflash, sbf and all, not sure what it was...happened when my headphones came out if the socket and I went to push it back in, I grabbed the screen a bit hard.. Went in to a boot loop...it would start loading up and I noticed ' bluetooth switcher' was in the status bar before it rebooted most times, could have been that and widget locker or other apps I was playing around with last night as I have just started using bluetooth regularly (widget locker now supports caller id so it is great for quick access to apps and tasks..i only ever used it to get rid of the htc sense stupid vertical- go off in your pocket-screen lock) . There is a rattle I never noticed before though...
Anyway, I am just happy it is working.

But since reflashing I can't change the wallpaper, just stays on the default by every different method. So I tried Go launcher and am most impressed. Only issue is whenever going back to launcher screen, you can see lp homescreen coming in first... When I went back to lp, it had the default go launcher ink theme wallpaper that I had never used...weird. Everything is smooth as so far, Go launcher seems quicker and smoother than lp ever was strangely.

Btw, just noticed ' Washed Out' in your music widget in the homescreen snapshot- you have some good taste jboogie...

Hang on, now it has gone to the default ink theme and won't change in go launcher... Not huge, but I have kids and like having them as my wallpaper...

did you try doing a wipe before and after sbf flash? Washed Out is the ****. Chill Wave Music

Yeah, I wiped both times... Had the same thing happen on a couple of Desire round, can't remember how our if I fixed it, I am sure it will sort itself out in the next update...

Have you heard ' Teen Daze' ? Check them out, or him.. A heap of stuff on youtube, he releases on Bandcamp...i reckon you should put the cover of Japandroids- Wet Hair as the default ringtone on the next update..problem is, I don't want to answer when someone calls as out makes the music stop...

Im having a strange problem coming from your betav4. Im trying to boot into the recovery, however, when I click on recovery boot, it turns off, shows the moto logo, then goes to a blank black screen. Any idea why this happens?

Check if you have 'usb debugging' enabled- if so, disable it.

T-Mobile firmware has ALOt of useless crap. Its fully blurred, signal doesn't display H just 3g. And to me Finland build is solid for deblured roms and less operator stuff
