Ditto. Just discovered that for most ICS ROMs you have to give the ROM about a day or so to settle down and then battery life really stabilises.

Have flash this on top of stunner 1.4.19 directly, without any wipe, so far so good except that the gallery took a long while to load, this had never happen before.

This is default tablet mode, everything appear smaller, I think you can flash the tablet disabled zip from the cm9 thread to switch back to phone mode, correct me if I'm wrong.
