for first problem , read FAQ

go to recovery and flash advanced settings fix flashable zip (on 2nd post) . after reboot, go to settings and you will find it.

Flashed MIUI ariespart.zip from second post.
Found "Stock Settings" in Settings menu.
When launching it - crash happens.

You sure you had flash it successfully ?
actually,before you flash "MIUI ariespart.zip" , it name "Stock Settings" .
and after you flashed , it should rename to "Advanced settings"
Tips:

1. try to flash MIUI ariespart.zip again.
2. get StockSettings.apk from the zip , and put it into system/app , replace the old one. and set the right permission. then reboot

So far no problems, only a little bit strange bug that occurs in the play store when I download something: its always saying, that the is very big and needs to be downloaded over WiFi (was also on previous MIUI)

Rom have 20+ languages. but you will notice that before flash Multi-Lang package, all languages are English except Chinese.

and after flash Multi-Lang package, you will get real 20+ languages.

another words, rom only include 3 languages ( Simplified Chinese , Traditional Chinese and English ) before you flash Multi package.
