I'm actually on holiday abroad and this ROM was released a day or so before I left. Since I knew I'd be away for a couple of weeks, I debated whether to flash back to an ICS stock ROM before leaving. In the end I decided to stick with JB (with the backup option of a nandroid restore to ICS).
I have to say, after the tweaks posted earlier in this thread to fix some of the main issues, this JB ROM has been rock solid. The lockscreen dual clock when roaming works perfectly, and when I am on wifi, Google Now updates me with currency exchange rates, translate options, time back home and the local weather.
Being away from instant Internet connectivity all the time has also left me to test how robust the offline features are. The offline maps in the latest version of Maps works quite well with this ROM, for example.
The stills camera works fine, and I am aware of the auto focus issue with the Video camera, but I'm not one to take many videos on holiday. Hopefully this will be addressed when Samsung decides to release the official Jelly Bean.
Although some of the things I've mentioned have been Google app specific, I really can't fault the stability of the ROM and they work so well together.
