Please read the topic I linked. First he mentions CWM.zip being unsafe, and then provides an instruction how to root using stock recovery.

yes i did but i created my zip installer from raw by rupiah everything is working fin except play store
i had done following app fix
allshareplay.apk
clockpackage.apk
gmail.apk
googleloginservice.apk
googletts.apk
phonesky.apk
polaris.apk
polarisviewer.apk
secemail.apk
velvet.apk
secsettings.apk
weatherwall.apk
besides these do u fixed or found any other applicaions if yes please provide me also

and one more thing if system applications are missing then we don't need to force write them to /system/app we can directly install without any hazall

No you don't ... just be on a safe kernel ... I think making root like the method we recently have done for ICS, works here as well

You cannot flash it through the normal recovery cause the base rom does not have CWM do it the tar PC Odin way

no i don't want to flash it with normal recovery, i wanna to flash it through the cwm recovery in my last kernel after flashing rom (i don't want to reboot after flash the rom)
