Going to try manually inserting the missing CM bits from CM6.1 into the running system. If it works, I'll post what I did here.

Hi Juicy,

Are you going to keep developing the 6.1 version or are you waiting for a new CM release? I am still running your 'old' overclocked nightly but really wanna try the new one with the gingerbread stuff when its stable. When do you think it will be out?

Sent from my Legend using XDA App

I'm testing a new build from cm source for cm7. Ali ba is mking great progress, so next release will likely be cm7 base. Sound off re: kernel; oc or stock?

Stock CM kernel allows overclocking but defaults to 600MHz, and won't go any higher unless the user tells it to. So use that. That way people who want to OC can use setCPU or scripts to set the CPU speed higher than 600MHz.

Pushing:

CMParts.apk
CMPartsHelper.apk
CMStats.apk

back via adb to the phone fixed the CM Settings force-close issue.

have some problem with bluetooth in it...want to try your's rom :)

How do I flash it?
just through cloclwork recovery(wiping data and cache before)?
is the kernel of 6.1 version og Juices release is 600 default???

Or it already overclocked to 768 as default?

Dude, one word. SetCPU. Then you can set the frequency to whatever the kernel supports.
