This is a stock based rom for Xperia Z Ultra optimized for performance and battery life with some mods and extras

- Reboot into recovery
- Wipe cache and dalvik cache
- Install the rom
- Good to go!

Cannot flash, TWRP fails right at the beginning, then started CWM, but external SD isn't found, so I copied the .zip to internal SD, starts flashing, but when CWM starts rooting, maybe 5 sec and then the flashing aborts with "E:error in /sdcard/0/download/KA01... .zip (Status 7)

Started the ZU and it booted into system, but everything is in chinese or so.
Settings crashes when I touch Language. So I had to restore my TWRP backup.

You have to have the recovery and to have the recovery you must be bootloader unlocked

I downloaded the new version, got the same error as previously mentioned..

It boots but its in chinese and it Force Closes when you click anything in settings
