Thanks for the feedback. I did buy a license for SuperSU pro in the early days of JB, so I could get some value out of including SuperSU instead of Superuser. I went with Superuser because it compiles in with CM, but that doesn't mean I can't replace it. I'll see what time I have to try it out.
Suppose it does make it easier for you if superuser compiles in, and it's not too difficult for me to download and install superSu

Thanks

You are right, it's not. My bad. Why are you using EOS Gapps instead of CM 20121011? What is the difference?
you can use any gapps you want, Zig recommends the EOS modified one as they have taken some of the google apps out so that Zigs ROM and the gapps all fit nicely onto the Xoom which has limited partition space. when you install both you have like 5-6 meg of space left over instead of nearly none with other gapps

The EOS gapps have cut out everything available on the play store giving them a much smaller footprint. I include gmail in the data partition as a user app, so you're not missing much, but having some space in the system partition means you won't get any random issues from stuff not fitting. If you use straight CM10 with official gapps it simply does not all fit.

I'm just curious. Does the cm10 take more space then JB stock and this is why it needs to compensate with smaller gapps?

All of the custom ROMs take a lot more space than stock, but the Xoom has a small system partition too, so CM10 is a struggle on the Xoom. The Rogue team who maintain CM10 on the Xoom have a philosophy of making a full CM10 ROM and I understand that, but for me personally, I found myself always moving stuff to make room for the gapps, so when I became interested in developing for Android it made sense for me to make a ROM which would fit, and I love CM so that was a great place to start. I can also make tweaks for this ROM which would not be accepted into CM10 but which I want to use, so it's great for me, and if other people like the way I put it together then that's even better.

to have more space i deleted from my hd other (unused for me) file :
/external/svox/pico/lang/
and
/packages/inputmethods/LatinIME/java/res/raw/
all except my language

all walpaper
/packages/apps/Launcher2/res/
/packages/apps/CMWallpapers/res/

drawable , drawable-nodpi , drawable-sw600dp-nodpi , drawable-sw720dp-nodpi

Result: LatinIME go from 24Mb to 2Mb :D
CMWallpaper : 7,4Mb->30kb , i take for "no wallpaper" option
Trebuchet 12Mb -> 700kb

or if you know how to exclude n files from build without delete it, please tell me, tnx

Using your latest ROM currently. So far I quite like it. I use CM10 and Teameos Roms. Not sure which one in the end I will use. But I am enjoying the fun. Thank you,

Thanks very much for sharing your build. I have been using EOS gapps and deleting video and ringtones from CM10 builds for quite a while now. Your build does this for me and as I was already using EOS, it was just a simple flash - no wipes. All works fine apart from your microbes wallpaper, which I was keen to try as it looked similar to bubbles, which has become my stock. It doesn't get past the loading stage.
I was really impressed by the CyanDelta app and the amount of bandwidth it could potentially save when multiplied across the many nightly flashaholics.
Is it something that can be adapted as an update method for your ROM?

Oops, I didn't realise I was still including the microbes wallpaper! I put it in to test it, but whilst it's fine on a seven inch tablet, it won't play on a ten inch. I'll make sure that doesn't go into any future builds. the problem with the CyanDelta app is that it only works with official CM builds. However, since reading your post, I've looked into using the incremental update feature for goomanager, and the good news is that I've added a rule which should make this feature available for future updates (i.e. for the update AFTER the next one). Let me know how you get on!
