Anyone else getting random reboots on this? Any easy way to diagnose the cause. I tried not OC'ing and just running at stock 1ghz but still getting random reboots. I checked some of the logs but not sure what I am looking for to be honest. Does this kernel OC the GPU as well? Maybe that is what is causing my issue. I may try a stable EOS rom to make sure that it is software related and not a hardware issue on my end.
Yeah I seem to get them but its a straight boot to cyanogen boot screen, not a full reboot it seems. Get it when an app is updating so not completely random for me

I get them when updating apps from play store but also randomly at other times. For example, I had one the other day while reading, so not really doing anything it was just while I was in the middle of a page. I will try a few other roms and see what happens.

Clean install, wiped system and factory wipe plus cache and dalvik. I was running the nightly from Nov 16 I believe. I flashed Codename Android 3.6.6(which is what I was running previously) yesterday to see if the random reboots go away. I am thinking maybe it is something with the CM kernel. Time will tell. I don't recall having any random reboots prior to running the Cyanogen based ROMs but not positive.

EDIT: I was just perusing the CM10 main thread and it seems others are having the exact symptoms I am experiencing. Random reboots with "Watchdog Timer" as the cause. Hmmm. Doesn't seem to be any solutions posted though, also seems to be only a small group it is happening to.

lol, not sure. I think it is something to do with the kernel but don't hold me to it. I think it just said "watch dog error" as the last entry before reboot or something along those lines. I have wiped the device so can't look back now, I guess I should have saved it. I am pretty sure the error was in the last_kmesg log which would be from the kernel. So far so good, I am back on Codename Android 3.6.6 but haven't used the device much yet. I will know if it is solved over the next couple days as I use it on my commutes through the week and I would usually get at least one reboot a day.

dont really like some of the changes in 4.2, especially moving the soft buttons to the center, hard to reach them when in landscape, which is most of the time for me

using CM10 nightlies for now
I'm able to move the soft buttons to the traditional place on the 4.2 rom, honestly the rom is complete awesomesauce from top to bottom, give it a whirl you know you want to :D
