Factory reset, and wipe /system.
Flash the nougat firmware for kate/kenzo.
Flash the ROM.
Flash GApps (Android 7.1, arm64) and any other things you may want, such as SuperSU 2.7.8.
If you need VoLTE, flash patch here, made by Sudeep. (note: I don't really think you need this patch; try VoLTE without it, and if it doesn't work, flash the patch)
Wait for the ROM to boot.
