Sometimes the camera app doesnt work,i get a hot reboot.Tried both ;( is there a way to fix it?

could you post logcat/dmesg, which kernel and which version of rom you are using.
Which installation mode you selected.

However, a similar sense 4.1 interface, there are many rom (sensai, viper3d, etc.). I hope that you are different than rom. We also would like to see 4.1 camera 3d pictures and videos. Thank you for my english is bad.

bringing up this post to whom hadn't noticed that new release is up
(post got edited few times)about 3d in sense 4.1 cam: this will be almost impossible! morover sense3.6 cam quality is better
about hot reboot while opening cam: i never had hot reboots, just black screen and then app closes the first time i launch sense 3.6 cam! i hope that it has been just an unlucky event! funny fact: when this happens i turn my phone in portrait mode and launch camera, and 90% of the times work

I got hot reboots with v3and howpathetic kernel,v4 is working fine atm .
Sorry that i cant post any logcat,i have no laptop in these days.

Ehhh, is there a way to fix the "not starting camera" bug ? sometimes i have to take a picture very fast and with this bug i cant do it.
Everything else is perfect.

Yes, APNs are set by default. If your APN setting will be missing, you can PM me your APN setting and I will add it.
No we do not have any progress on gallery. I can not really tell when it will be finished.

I just meant I screwed up APN settings while porting libs and other stuff from idogx's rom to Viper (since they worked on untouched). Don't know on what they exactly depends, but since you guys managed to backport all goodies without messing anything up I say HOORAY!
I can't get passed the first boot. It hangs on the loading screen.
Steps I have taken:
1. Full wipe
2. Aroma normal install
3. Install what I like (not much)
4. Flash and reboot
5. It hangs on boot screen.
I've waited for over 2 hours nothing happened. Also tried a dirty flash on top, still nothing....

Which kernel did you choose, are you S-ON? (When you flashed my kernel on Stock kernel( previous kernel not from rom installation ) you will have bootloop).
I flashed it now with all possible mods/apps/scripts and I am booting with no problem.
I need to do a deeper analyse of that problem. Sorry for problems

now it is working np , i would just ask for some tweaks
on this rom . also , in changelog I see that there is sony xLoud , yet I can't find it , is it automatically activated ?

Well we did not tested battery life, because we still fixing some bugs (so much reflashing, etc..). I am working on new version now, today we will release version 5.
Uhm I run my own rom on it, with butter kernel. What I did how to fix this: Just don't wipe anything, and flash normal. This way it worked lol (s-off btw)What kernel did you install?
