Thanks to you I'm running this bad boy now...
will test it out for a few days to see how it goes.

I hit the "Thank you" button; thank God it didn't hit me back.

I didn't wipe data, wiped the other usuals though, it seems to have merged with my Dirty Uniforms ROM that I had installed on there prior to flashing...never had this happen before. I was gonna redo and wipe data, but i'm curious to see how it works like this. If there's probs then i'll wipe data.

Thanks again!

Ok soooooo. Been running the new 4.1 ROM since its been out. I've had at least 4 random reboots. It lags a ton. Haven't had a chance to play with the camera or GPS yet but I'll test them out tomorrow. Oh and it was a clean install. Idk what happened but I hope it will be fixed soon. Keep up the good work.

just wondering, how can I reduce the vibration intensity in the newest build? I go to settings>advanced options>device>haptic>vibration strength
but vibration strength is greyed out and I can't change it

Amazing rom, battery life is excellent.

I have a weird issue though, I turned off GPS and I literally can't turn it back on now :/ Its just stuck to OFF...any tips? I did a completely clean flash and this is the first issue I have ran into after 3 days

hey pwn .. what's the difference between this build and your ATT one ???

and another concern ... my battery is taking WAY to much time to charge ( 6-7h ) ... the charger is not at fault since my wife use the same ... and my stock and zerolemon battery are giving me the ''same reading'' ... only thing left to check out is with another rom ...

have you ever encountered such problem ?? any pointer would be appreciate ...

like your stuff BTW ... been running your rom for quite some time and every build is getting better !!!

thanks

    • Updated to Carbon/new Quantum base
    • Assorted kernel updates
    • Changed default ATT apn
    • Based on SlimKat, tweaked to Quantum standards
    • Utilizes the GCC 4.8.3 SM Toolchain for the ROM
    • Utilizes the Linaro 4.9 A15 Toolchain for the Kernel
    • Forced the ROM into hard float mode for faster math performance
    • -O3 optimizations for the ROM and Kernel
    • Upstream with all Android optimizations at Googlesource
    • Forced compiler to build for A15 chipset in lieu of A9

    Quantum Kernel 7/1
    • Linux up to 3.4.95
    • Changed Makefile HEAVILY for different optimizations, remove stuff that is completely useless
    • Tons of power updates from 3.1x
    • Updated Toolchain
    • CodeAurora up to date
    • CM up to date
    • Tons of updates and working F2FS- (Thanks to aeroevan, F2FS is fantastic!)
    • Hotplug issues resolved
    • Correct implementation of NEON
    • Audio enhancements
    • CPUFreq helper to find the best frequency to stay at, allows for checks without much overhead
    • Memory optimizations all over the place
    • Update to latest BFQ
    • Switch toolchains to Linaro 4.9... 4.10/5.0 is too unstable at this point
    • Fix some errors that occur while building with GCC 4.9
    • Remove lots of unstable and useless GCC optimizations based on some research and the removal of graphite through JustArchi
    • Update essentially all of the things in the kernel to the newest 4.4.2 source
    • New way to reclaim memory
    • Updated config for all new features, everything redone from scratch again

Recommended GApps for this ROM :what:

    Carbon 4.4.2 (sgh-t999l)

Make sure you get the pa gapps. You want a 4.4 kitkat dedicated gapps or art will not work
