no unfortunately ota support or download the rom from an updater is not supported yet, i'm the only one that is working on this project. Maybe this feature will be added in the future

Any kernel and rom for the Moto Z on these forums supports Turbo Charging as long as you use the stock charger or another charger which can output the same amount.
It sounds to me like you are charging your phone by plugging it to the PC?

I'm using this rom with turboz and fast charging does appear to work. The lock screen only says "charging" but it appears to work. My battery was at 3% and it said 48 minutes to charge fully.

I have the turbopowermod, and it seems to work like other battery mod. No effiecency mode - but it works.
I doesn't seem to charge the moto z when it is dead though, it has to be turned on
