Unfortunately i haven't a jbl sound mod to test so i don't know, anyway ur not the first that have some problems with mods so maybe is better if i remove the [MODS] from the thread title, for nowI'm not 100% sure but mods were supported right ?

Oreo file transfer needs new Android MTP USB drivers. Did you update to the latest ones released by Google? This might also explain that it still works when boozer to TWRP as TWEP might use a somewhat older MTP version and thus your currently installed Windows driver still works fine with it.Yeah I have the same problem I thought there was something wrong with my hdd.
