Hey Marionette, I suppose there is no way for you to make it so that Magisk will pass ctsProfile & basicIntegrity? Lot's of ROMs have SafetyNet Support, I would love to use Android Pay or Google Pay or whatever the next NFC Payment solution is, so that would be awesome. Otherwise I must say, that the ROM is 99% perfect, I just need to find a way to replace the super ugly Oreo Emojis with the cute Blob from Android 7.1 (or before), and then I'm happy. I did find the "Turn off Display with Fingerprint Scanner" option in the Moto Gestures settings, very nice addition from you my friend, appreciated a lot. I also love that I can switch the order of the NavBar Buttons AND use the Google Animation on the Home Button. Basically it's all I wanted, besides that with ctsProfile of course (it does pass basicIntegrity actually). I need Magisk for two things, 1: TitaniumBackup; and 2: Replacing the Emojis (hopefully).

Yeah, I don't know much about those security checks, but Selinux set to Permissive shouldn't pose an issue anymore. As for Magisk, did you try using the Hide function ( I don't know if it's integrated into the manager app or if you have to install an add-on ) ?

Wait, so your ROM does work with Android/Google Pay if Magisk isn't installed is what you are saying?

On the unrooted build, Pokemon GO works fine. I reluctantly tested it myself. :silly:
XD Thanks mate, appreciate it a lot. Then I guess I should be able to fix it. Can you give me the Fingerprint of the unrooted build so I can use the following Magisk extension to fix it?

Oh and btw, I am unable to remove the Battery Percentage for some reason. Toggling it in the AEX settings doesn't work, and there is no way to enable/disable it in the normal Battery settings.

I already rooted it, you will have to do it yourself :p

It works fine for me.

Yeah, I'm too having issues with my Battery, lasts about 5-6 hours and I only have LTE enabled, on my 7.1.1 ROM it lasted about a day or more. The TurboCharge Charger also doesn't seem to work properly, my Phone says "Slow Charging" when I plug it into the Original Motorola TurboCharger.

Yeah I got it to work, just had to Wipe Cache/ART in Recovery for some reason.

You don't need to double-post all the time.
For the charging speed, that's new to me but logical. If you observe the phone for a while after being connected, you'll see that the current is gradually increasing. I guess this is a safety measure for the battery.

As for battery life on standby, that is also good for me.

I'm still getting errors with cellular data

I'm using turbo z kernel
Using last aex version
Don't know how to extract a logcat.. so..
I have no idea why your data is broken but you might want to try setting your APN up again ( and do exactly as your mobile provider says ) .

As for the possibly horrible battery life: don't use custom kernels, they are the ones in charge of CPU-related operations and I have absolutely no control over anything that I didn't build.

Hmm, so there are multiple having Battery issues, but I guess you have no clue why @The Marionette . For me, I first thought I solved it, because my Phone was suddenly staying at 4% for quite a while, and I tried to drain it by having on the Camera Flash constantly, took about 1 hour to drain it. So my thought then was that the Battery wasn't calibrated after installing the new ROM, but that wasn't the case. I completely drained the Battery to 0% (the rest in Recovery because the Phone shutdown at 3%), and then charged it to 100% in Bootloader. But the issue still persists, my Phone drains it's Battery waaaaaaay too fast, and TurboCharge as you say, also doesn't work. I know it should increase the Current gradually to protect the Battery, but it charges much slower than TurboCharge would have charged my Phone (and it also doesn't display the "TurboCharger Connected" message). I am not sure if logcat can provide you with any information about the Battery issues, but there are clearly multiple people having this issue, and I am not using any Custom Kernel at all.

EDIT: I can try using Kernel Adiutor to check if Deep Sleep has been used.
EDIT 2: Kernel Adiutor says that "Unused Frequencies: Deep Sleep", so that means that the Phone never goes into Deep Sleep at all for some reason.

The current on stock before Oreo slowly killed the batteries. 2.4A is enough. And keep the phone charged between 30 and 80% for the longevity.
As for the drain, deep sleep is working for me.

1: It is never charging at 2.4A for me, the Lockscreen info never says more than 900mA or somewhere around that.
2: Yeah it looks like it, but it doesn't work for me, why, I don't know. Deep Sleep is the only unused frequency on my Phone, and I bet that the others that have Battery issues are facing this as well.
