Is anyone else experiencing battery issues due to Bluetooth? It seems to be consuming even if it's turned off, which is a little bit weird. My phone battery is lasting about 7 hours and Bluetooth is responsible for 77% of the consumption, according to Android. I tried to attach a screenshot, but it's not working. It's been three days since I started using this ROM (don't know if it helps).

Yes, I can confirm the Bluetooth draining issue, but don't have an echo (didn't do a clean install though, maybe that's why).

I had try clean install but same result. Perhaps an other kernel ? I dunno. But it's very handicapped...
Wait for next release I think.

The Snap Power Pack does not show whether it is charged or the battery percentage. Despite this, this rom is perfect!

EDIT: I guess I can flash ROM and find out myself... LOL

What worries me is battery life, is it better than stock 7.1.1?

I just installed this ROM today. I do have the battery drain issue (bluetooth) and the mod speaker does not work, everything else is working fine. No echos on calls.
Is there a way to fix the battery drain?
By the way, the gapss link is broken.

Thats good news about the echo. BT battery drain is bad. Specially if using Daydream remote (bluetooth) don't care much about speaker mod, I use VR goggles with headphones and I don't use the phone to listen to music...but would be nice all of it would work. Try this link for GApps:

I downloaded the gapps from sourceforge too.
I have my gear s connected to my phone, but even before I did the setup to connect it to my watch the battery drain was 24% just for bluetooth. It does not look to be draining fast. I will test it few days and then I will comment about it.

Ok, thanks. Because Daydream remote alone and screen on for VR all the time drains the battery quite a bit..I don't want to imagine if there is more drain in the mix... Would only be able to use it 1/2 hour, that would be torture for my kid... LOL

Projector Mod works! But not completely correct.

The displayed image is only around 70% of the total projection size, and left aligned (it leaves a lot of black space to the right).

It's like if the DPI or output resolution to the projector is not correct. Any ideas?

Also the incipio car dock works (it is detected, starts car mode, and charges) but the audio out doesn't work.

Audio out via USB-C adapter does work normally. So it's something with the moto mod.
