i got the device to normal boot , but still i couldn't install stock , it keeps failing in odin

Take your phone's battery out. (Make sure device isn't plugged in anywhere)
Then put the battery back in after 10 seconds.
Then hold the volume down, home button and power your device on.
Then plug your phone into your computer, and try different USB ports (Make sure Kies is not installed) and flash a stock ROM via Odin and start a fresh.
Install a custom recovery (TWRP).

sview hack is in rom included, the next kernel version does enable it. so i think it should work after that, but i havn't a sview cover for my phone. so i can't try it out.

What does it mean? Like turning off the screen when opening closing, or the screen actually being functional for when getting called, etc.

Go to Sammobile>firmware>Your model number>your region and carrier (if yours is unlocked then don't choose a carrier).
Install the firmware specific to your region. Make sure that the file is not corrupted which can usually be done by trying to open the .zip file and if it doesn't open then its corrupted.
Can you also take a screenshot of the firmware file and also tell me what your phone model is?

Running both ROM and kernel and only problem I've got is when I try to turn ambient display off. The system ui crashes and resets but never disables. Other than that. Real good !? Enjoyed temas work on the note 3. Happy his work has made it to the note 4. Thanks for all involved.

Thanks bro for that kernel. I am feeling amazing performance and especially BATTERY LIFE! I hope you will never remove intelliplug-option, because it keeps my phone cool even with overclock. This kernel is absolutely best for my phone and its just perfect combination with this rom and apascual89's Temasek CM12.1 rom (which I am using atm cuz seems like there is little bit more features).

Thank you very much mate . I got it working now . twrp recovery update gave the headache . changed to cw and installed ROM as well . all is well . Really appreciate your help .:good::highfive:

There is a bug with bluetooth in multimedia mode. The sound is noisy, and the sound frequency seems lowered. (speed problem ?)
Am-I the only one ?

* Multiple force close in browser and dialer (not reproducible)
* Bluetooth audio playing isn't working well (speed slow and crackling) (same problem on CM12.1, installing viper4android audio doesn't change)

thanks. the second point can be a problem with wipe cache and system before install it. have you tried bluetooth audio with my kernel (second post)?

I have follow the instructions given in the first post. The bluetooth problem occured with your kernel, with CM12.1 one and the one packed in the Temasek V14.5 ROM.
I had no problem with touchwizz.

EDIT: this can be a problem with MSM Ultrasound. i disable it in the next build.

Things getting more and more confusing. We need an aosp kernel thread where all kernels from the different cm roms are explained in detail. There is cmremix kernel (800mhz gpu oc) the kernel in this rom, the stock cm kernel and vision kernel. And we need to make the limits clear like max performance or max battery possible with this device.
