ok so how to flash 2.1 ? shud we wipe data , cache and dalvik or just cache and dalvik before flashing 2.1 ? and after flashing 2.1 is der any need to flash latest kernel of COH or is it included already ?

Wipe cahe and dalvik cache and no need to flash the kernel. It is included in the rom

I had flashed BeatsAudio6.27.zip on "XXLT4-XXLSZ hybrid c.o.h.'s Lite ROM v1" from:

and it was working great. But, on 2.1 update, after flashing it, I am getting bootloop. Any change/reason why this is happening ? I had definitely observed the difference with beatsaudio. Any chance to have it again on 2.1 update ?

Edit 1: I can confirm that BeatsAudio6.27 is working on v1.0 since I flashed it again and now back to v1.0 rom. I use PowerAmp player to listen music and with beatsaudio, BASS & Treble is awesome. I love this rom and would like to move to update v2.1, so @crime_of_heart, can you please make beatsaudio flashing possible again ?

Edit 2: The v2,1 rom after flashing BeatsAudio actually boots for at least once and in that if you press volume up or down button or open any music player, the system completely hangs (becomes un-responsive) and if you reboot by pressing power button, then it bootloops and does not boot again.

With sweet Rom v7 the radio and the vídeo player wont work, but with phils kernel everything works OK, so maybe some trouble between this rom and this kernel.

Stock video player fc when open specifically when the rom is oc. This was mention in some pages back. However, video file can be played from the stock video player when using file manager.

You need to add missing snote sync apk (might be two or more). Not sure about the names you can extract them from a full ROM.
