Hi @logosA , i faced some issues in latest build. I can't see some .apk files in file manager, even after downloading apk again.

sometimes a reboot is all is needed, It happens to me all the time especially when I copy or move files from/to external sdcard, I always have to reboot for the program I need to see them. Also Titanium backups and update zips , always have to reboot in order to have access to it from my pc.
In your case using a third part file manager maybe will be easier.
It takes some time for the system to update its libraries, I dont know why

Nothing helps me. I can see them from pc, but from phone file manager they are hidden for exemple app gbwhatsap, but official whatsapp apk is visible.

Happened the same to me with AICP latest build of the ROM.
Solution: set SElinux to permissive

The rom is excelllent everything is working great but substratum show errror while overlaying themes....plzz guys give some solution for this

remove substratum
This way you will solve both of your problems, theming is the reason of your battery problem.
Nuclearom is highly battery friendly otherwise

radioctive kernel that this rom is using is one with the best battery management available for our phone.
I would suggest a clean flash with Rom, Beangapps mini and greenify App .
Something in the setup is making your battery drain fast.
Try this way and see if it helps.
