Hey all, some news after a long time. Needed the brake i guess.

A new version with all the latest security updates till now

Changelog:

Android security updates all the way up to Oktober
New lights module, prioritizes Notifications instead off Battery, Thanks @julianwi
Kernel security updates
Krack security update included
FFmpeg updated to 3.0.8
Maybe fixed some wifi connection drops

Close, still need to test some things. But speed seems better than with los-13.0. Hopefully a good working one around Wednesday. Don't have much time the coming days

Hazou, I have no signal anymore. Do you think it could be related to baseband? Maybe I should flash stock rom and then custom rom?

weard, u could try that. With lsd-lite the baseband also gets flashed iirc.

My simcard that has access to the newest 4g does work correctly. The device just doesn't go past 3g.

Can't see the problem really. It doesn't connect to the voice service of your provider. So stock also doesn't work? Can u try a sim card from a friend of a different provider? And also make a logcat out of that one.

LOS 14 needs a couple more days boys/girls.

I don't think so. Everything will work, but expect some heavy bugs.
One off them is that the processor frequency stays at the lowest possible. So it's quiet slow sometimes. I don't know why yet

I lose 3G when the phone stay idle for some time. The phone seem still connected (H in the top bar) but there is no network at all. It happened with Hazou ROM so I flashed the stock one and the problem is still here. If I enable plane mode and disable it the connection get back.
Do you experience this problem ? Is this a hardware problem ?

Sorry, I have no idea. Maybe it is a bug somewhere in the ril module.

Got the kernel solved. LOS-14.1 almost ready for testing. Hopefully somehwere in the next 48 hours, if I find the time to compile a new build again. Only bluetooth seems a bit shaky and ril auto network search. It got a new ril module, so maybe test that one out when it's available

Are you porting lineage 14 to razr i??!! if you do and its stable i might just buy another razr as a backup phone i loved it before until it broke
