[ROM][KitKat 4.4] MIUI 7 From MIUI.com [Weekly]

I updated to 6.4.22 an now I have a problem.

The first attempt of updating with the incremental update package (aboot 60 mb) failed. The update app then suggested to install the complete rom. So I downloaded about 400 mb and flashed it via recovery.

The play services are closed every time I reboot the phone. My google account was erased and it is not possible to add a new google account. Seems legit, because google play services are not working. All installed apps are still there.

What can I do? Is there a way to rescue my installation? Would be nice if somebody can help me, maybe @Kingzak34?

But this doesn't work because I can't choose to clear data. The button is "light grey", so I can not choose it.

Edit: Also cleared cache via recovery, nothing works. I have a data connection, WhatsApp works, but I can't browse the internet, chrome is not working.
May it help to flash the kk-gapps again? Or will it mess all up because of the updates which where installed in the last weeks?
Very sad, until today all was working like a charm.

Edit: Flashed the kk-gapps again. Seems to work. Needed to login again with my google acounts but it seems that all is good for now.

Yeah if you installed the whole ROM package, Gapps MUST be flashed too. That's why you got problems.

OTA package only patch changes in apks directly, Full package format system partition then install the ROM but Gapps not included so everything linked to Google is ****ed up if you dont flash Gapps with the ROM.

Ok, for the next time I now what to do. If I flash gapps directly after the complete rom, will I be necessary to add all google account manually because the system partition was formatted?

No, if you flash both gapps and rom at once you wount have to setup anything.

Chrome is not working anymore. If I want to load a page nothing happens. I can't browse with chrome. Normally I freezed the default browser. After unfreezing the default browser I can use it. But chrome still doesn't work.

Edit: Also internal browsers in apps like feedly don't work

Is a downgrade possible without loss of data?

Just flash full previous package
And don't forget gapps.

But do a backup anyway

Go to opengapps and take the last 4.4 package. Don't think will be so newer.

Miui is not android, it's a FORK so security is up to date as stated on about phone.

Even if they are a "fork", they have to respect the ASB patches. What are the latest applied on this ROM?
On website the version of MIUI reported is 6.5.27. That version is the one on which MIUI 7 UI has been ported?
Because here it seems that versions newer than that are still affected by stagefright, for example. Reference:

Global versions of miui are not updated every week as developers is. Dev is usually up to date on security patches side.

As this rom contains the MIUI app store which is banned on XDA all links have been removed and thread closed.
