After Downloading
It is highly recommended you make a backup of your ROM before flashing to this.
Download Pico/Nano/Micro Gapps from Here
Avoid ~~Mini/Full/Stock~~ since it doesn't fit in our system partition after the ROM has been installed.
Place the ROM onto your sdcard
Reboot into recovery
Flash ROM
Reboot

No you don't need any port. This has been ported for the DHD. You just have to flash and enjoy

To make sure you didn't dl something "fishy" you can verify if you have the following hashes:

That's what I got(hashes) after dl the rom from the source(1st post)

Download the attachment
Place it on your sd card
Get Root Explorer or ES File Explorer or any other file explorer with root functionality.
Kill DSPManager under apps and disable
Navigate to /system/app/DSPManager.apk (Delete it)
Now copy the attachment BeatsAudio.apk and paste it in /system/app/
Change the permission to rw-r--r-- and reboot.

@xdagee I meant that if I want to port any other ROM to DHD which is not meant for DHD... How can I port ROMs like you did this ??

You will need the base ROM (Which is CM or any AOSP ROM) and the ported ROM.
