Android 4.4+ KitKat ROM built from CyanogenMod v11.0 source with lots of custom additions​

The credit for the idea behind this project goes to DerTeufel1980, with additions from ThdDude, ad Cl3kener compiled using the Linaro-4.8.2 Toolchain for a super optimized build. Lots of tweaks under the hood for snappy response, great battery life, and the ultimate in customability. Over the next few weeks the ROM will evolve and lots of additions will be made. I plan on updating and maintaining this project so expect good things, as the ones of you who know me, know I'm all about getting you what you want...I hope you will join me on this journey to hell....​

Installation Instructions​

1. Download ROM
2. Reboot into recovery
3. Please back up your ROM before you begin!
4. You need a full wipe.
5. Flash the ROM
6. Flash 4.4 Gapps
7. Reboot
8. Let it sit a while.
9. Reboot, setup and enjoy HellKat!​

Nexus 5 is my daily driver now.. I don't use neo v anymore.. It's just for development stuff.. So can't give you exact stats on battery.. But performance wise it's very smooth.. I tried many stuff.. Only thing i found not working is screen record..

Wow another "Unofficial HellKat" :good: Not sure where the HellKat Productions came from but this was the first OP. Screen recorder is fixed, just after your build from the looks of it. You should link our source in your OP please.

i agree..i have removed all my video reviews..im uploading again with proper credits to original rom creators as well deserved.

It is flattering seeing Unofficial builds of our work kinda why we made it so easy for others to compile. We will be releasing BlueLightning in the next day or so, it is kinda like a Blue HellKat I will send a PM to you with source link when we have our OP's. I just tried to pick in NavBar Dimensions into Hellkat and I am doing a test build for my mako. And we merged alot from CM today. Our source should be build-able for the next couple days till we start picking in again. If I picked Navbar Dimensions correctly that is.

we already have a few builds on goo for devices we currently support.http://goo.im/devs/helldevs Just waiting on Cl3Kener to make the first OP. There is a Hammerhead build there if you want to play with it.
