[ROM] KitKatDuos for Samsung Galaxy y duos GT-S6102[STABLE] new release

Do this at your own risk.Obviously, it'll void your warranty and has the potential to damage your device.This rom is highly minimalistic.It comes with a very few apps pre-installed.The aim of this rom is to let the user decide which apps to use according to their taste.

HOW TO INSTALL

1.Download the Rom zip file
2.put it on your sd card.
3.Switch of your phone and reboot into cwm recovery.
4.Wipe data and cache.
5.Install the rom zip file through cwm.
6.Wipe data and cache again.
7.Reboot the system and you are good to go.

You may have to wait a bit for the rom to boot.Just wait.

it's gingerbread but it totally look like kitkat 4.4

the rom os version in the thread should state 2.3.6
the title of the thread should also state 2.3.6 themed

also status bar expanded/toggles lock screen and dialer are not kitkat so I dont see how you can claim it totally looks like kitkat

The only kitkat things are transparent status bar wallpaper icons and a platlogo just by looking at the screen shots


Iv no problems with the rom itself its just I dont like people who make claims that something is kitkat when it isnt

its a custom rom and kitkat themed rom. this device is not updated. so its a different thing for the users.

I dont think it is a new Rom. there is one another rom available herehttp://galaxyyduosgeeks.blogspot.in/ with same features and look. . only soame apks are removed ( like call recorder, blacklist etc )

Hi.

U have forgotten to include Job Manager.apk. So whenever Task Manager is clicked, phone gets rebooted.
Rest are good.

dzb team release beta 4 now just a testing build (Ril bug their) Hope in next build they fix the ril bug.
