What is AICP?
AICP is known by someone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since than evolved as a mature rom with the BEST community you can find!!!
Rom has always been AOKP based so expect all AOKP goodies + new additions.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or AOKP team if it conserns their modifications. This rom isn't AOKP supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

ROMS
ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy KITKAT. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.

Whats the main difference between this rom and the rest of the aosp roms? Battery? Smoothness? N7100 specific features?...

And feel it by using......
Its a remix of cherry pick features collected from all other aosp ROMs ported on the base of stable aokp....

I mean AIO >>All In One

Generally we can see many ROMs having same stuffs on base of cyanogen mod.....
But here base is different... And no body is made this experiment by taking aokp as base except team aicp and us.......

This is the major difference .....and this shows its unique ness from other aio ROMs.....

Its like extreme fluid.....as-per my testing.....

Battery >>>
Defiantly optimised .....

N7100 Specific>>>
I can add some of it if I see a large support from users in terms of thanks and feedback......

Like always i did clean flash only. And no question of tb since i cannot even boot :confused::(
Any specific recovery or is there anything i am missing ?

Am using latest twrp it boots fine for me
In bellow mentioned step
Wipe system data cache ...
Make a factory reset
Flash rom
Again wipe cache and dalvik....

This is what I follow on every flash...and I don't see any issuea
