How do i flash this rom? I am currenty on ICEX Rom 5.0.2. DO i need to install the stock KDZ image and do the complete process again r is there any easy way out. Please suggest

Flash hybrid Bootstack for your device, flash the desired rom file and then gapps.. You are done...

I'm on CloudyG2 3.3 but i t seems a litle laggy, i wanna go back to this one, can i just wipe and flash or sloud i flash the kitkat baseband also?
Whats the procedure when switching between lolipop and kitkat roms?

Flash the stock rom, root and recovery. Then go for any custom rom you desire.. Else reverting will be pain in ass.. Else you can flash droith kitkat supporting bootstack and flash rom.. But doesn't work for everyone. First one is best.

question since looks like you know alittle more than me ok so i was originally on cloudy 2.2 and wanted to try something else so i went to blisspop literally a pain didnt like it so decided i would go back to cloudy but i ended up not being able to boot into recovery for some reason so i used lg flash tool and im currently stock 4.4.2 and i have rooted and custom recovery but as soon as i flash the kk baseband and flash cloudy and reboot i cant get past the lg symbol it will just go back to recovery or it will just stay black and suggestions ????

Yes, not as good as kitkat.. But it is slow charging in lollipop.

Bro, i use SwiftKey. It was a type mistake it's slow charging in lollipop.. Next time will come and learn type from you..______

Does this Rom include LG Backup app? because i use to backup my data through this app,
and i have already flashed KK Bootloader throught "Bootloader Changer 2.3.2"

Hi everyone

I hope someone can help me, i need some help restoring my nandroid backup, or alternatively install Cloudy G2 2.2 again on my (LG G2 D802 International version) phone.

Luckily made a complete Nandroid backup before doing anything

So a little background, had Cloudy G3 2.1 installed, tried to flash to the Cloudy lollipop variant, followed a guide i got on the net, applied KK-Bootloader and when rebooted the phone bricked with a Boot verification "Secure boot error" when powering on.

Managed to get my phone back to stock lollipop, thank God.
Tried restoring the NANDroid backup, but afterwords get the same error again, and bricked...did a factory reset as well, tried again... same issue.

So back to stock lollipop again atm. ,but would really like to get back to the Cloudy 2.2 KitKat rom

How would i proceed to do this ? can i still restore from my Nandroid, if i use the updated Bootloader from NevaX1, or the KK_Baseband_D802

If not and doing from scratch, what would the procedure be ? some forums recommended the Autorec apk, and then flashing Cloudy ?
But not really sure, would love to be able to restore using the Nandroid backup, but if not possible then, clean install.

Any advice / help will greatly be appreciated

I have the vs980 on tmobile and ive never had a problem dropinng signal or anything like that and I didnt edit build.prop just a clean flash. Im on 2.1 atm. May be you live in a poor coverage area. A couple of weeks ago when I was on 2.0 I was getting signal loss while I was driving in some areas where I live and I thought it had something to do with the new built so I switched to my lg flex and the same thing happend so I knew it wasnt a rom related issue. Try a clean flash to se whatvhappens, I usually do a full wipe twice

Trying to get this to currently work on Tmobile. I have installed the baseband first then ROM,
First Flash, i installed Verizon BB, then Rom, selected Verizon Install, Cant get the tmo network to register, even after altering the APN, i have not done any build prop tweaks,
Second Flash, in installed Verizon BB, then Rom, slected Tmo install, phone reboots, then screen stays black with this message stuck at top, " [810] Fastboot Mode Started" does not leave, did a wipe twice,
Thrid flas, installed Tmo BB, then ROM, selcted Tmo, same message,
Fourth Flash , Deleted files from Device, transferred files back to device, wipe twice, installed VZN BB, then ROM with VZN install, any idea on this for me. Thanks,

i would also like to add to my previous comment, that all the files seem to be corrupted. None of them are coming with the MD5 file.
i have downloaded on 4 different devices,
i desktop, laptop, surface, and my note 4. all files when being flashed state that there is no MD5

I flashed the D801 and auto brightness gets turned off on every restart. After every boot screen brightness is set to 100%. Is this normal? Anyone else experience anything similar. Thanks in advance!

Any good soul here to explain how can I go back to stock ROM from CloudyG3 2.1 ?
As I've learned my current ROM name has been changed into CloudyG2., I'm saying this just to confirm that I do own G2 D802 32GB version.

Just checked the link and went for KDZ method. I bought my D802 in Germany and it had D80220d-EUR-XX software version so, on Firmware files link I saw only one that could be appropriate - Germany OPEN KitKat D80220d_00.kdz but it doesn't say if it's 32 or 16GB version. How can I be sure if this one is 32GB?
If given link would be slow, is there any other place I can download from this ROM?

Since I haven't been for very long time in all this I just recall a term "JB bootloader". Does it play any role in going back to initial stock ROM?

Unlocked LG G2 D800

Hi,

I have an unlocked LG G2 D800. I was planning to install cloudy g2 2.2 on it. While reading the steps i came across a step where i have to install KK baseband version for D800, does this mean after installing this baseband i will lose my unlocked version?
