This ROM made to give your device full Android Lollipop look (Theme)

lol After installing this ROM all you can see is just kitkat theme every where like a kitkat 4.4 ROM but after updating all google apps and reboot you will see the changes clearly

I will fully help you if you found any problems (crash or bugs) but you have to follow the instructions carefully !

Instructions (installation and after installation recommended!!)

For better installation you have to flash stock firmware for your device using Odin and root your device again :silly:
1-download 5.0.zip
2-put it into your sdcard or device
3-wipe cache/dalvik (if stuck at boot after installing or bugged or any errors then wipe cache/dalvik/system/data and reinstall zip file)
4-reset factory
5-install zip file
6-reboot system

1-it will ask for software update (not software update its just a Device Registration)
(very recommended steps)
2-update Google Play Services from play store
3-update all installed google apps from play store
4-open xposed installer
5-active the 5 modules
6-install framework then reboot
7-install BusyBox to system/xbin
8-open xtheme engine
9-you will find system theme and Gem Flat theme
10-choose Gem Flat theme
11-reboot device

It's a ROM but it's essentially stock 4.4.2 (i.e. KitKat) that has been themed to look like lollipop. Any true marshmallow or lollipop ROM for the SM-T230/NU or SM-T231 (they're similar enough to lump together for this question) will have to be AOSP or CM-based. This was attempted here, but the result is much to buggy for daily use, and the problem unfortunately is a lack of necessary drivers. This can only be solved if/when there is an official lollipop release for either the SM-T230/NU or SM-T231.

I know that there is already CM 13 (Marshmallow) for the SM-T235, unfortunately it will definitely not work for your device because they have different chipsets. Don't even bother. Along that line, custom ROMs for the SM-T230NT (a more obscure variant anyway) also will not work for your device for the same reason

I downloaded this Rom but I'm having problems on my side. I did everything except updating play store and all google play apps (don't know why) and now I can't update neither play store nor my google apps. I keep getting this annoying pop up saying "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped." Is there a way to fix it?

Not all that wonderful

Not really a fan of this rom. There is too much of the bloatware as well as not enough other stuff. It's not even on lollipop as it says it is... its on an ICS build.

That aside, it's basically a stock rom... has all the samsung software an all... thought that the whole point is to get away from bloatware.

if you can get it on there... you have to remove all the bloatware first, and if you are doing this on a t230nu/t231nu then you have to have a wifi connection.

after "flash" it will take a really long time to do first boot. it took me a while. just leave it set for a while.

This rom is not lollipop... when i try to run things as simple as L2sd and aparted it tells me so... also all the bloatware is entact. the added software is pointless. would love to see you do a clean rom for this model.

Yeah if there was OTG support than this would have everything I need in order to use my Tab7 on a daily basis..

USB OTG is not supported on this device. It is a hardware issue.
