For WP7 style locker I recommend MiLocker.

Stock based, and yes, wp7 launcher is included.

Milocker apk should be still available somewhere. I used it. I could make JB version of this if I had time and if people would show some interest in it, but windows phone seems to have a bad reputation here I just really like the UI it has.

Yes i love w7 too , it is fast and smooth but it doesn't have a well made appsore . There are few free and good things.
