I think this ROM will have to do for the time being. Just a question or two...
How do you do your backup/restore on TWRP 3.1.1.0? Let's say I want to try another ROM. I'll make a backup of everything, no problem. But afterwards if i want to get back to RR from another ROM I will (off course) wipe data, system, cache and dalvik. But then comes a question: WHAT DO I CHECK FOR RESTORE? There are too many items but I tried data and system only and it didn't work.

I had my doubts about the boot, but thought that boot stays the same (cause i don't erase it). Obviously I was wrong. Thanks.

Lineageos 13.0 by fedosis is by far the best followed by RR rom by woivod (@krik84)
No major bug except that camera quality is worse in low lighting with absurd colors
Other than that everything is fine right? And still we get any nightly updates?
Not nightlies as it is not official, but fedosis provides an update in a month with updated android security patches

So , I recently installed the latest rr rom dated on july 1 . It was installed properly and worked fine. Now I switched off my phone . And tried to manually enter the bootloader with vol up + power keys . However nothing would appear except for the Mi logo . I tried to force reboot and rr logo and animation appeared but with a text "preparing cm setting storage" at the bottom of screen . And again it was stuck on that screen . Can anyone help me with this ??

Try with volume up + volume down and power button.. It will surely work
Entering bootloader can be done by using Power + VolDown button
You can also press the VolUp+VolDown+Power to enter the recovery (TWRP)
Don't forget to disable dm verity after you flash hridayhs rr if you don't want to encrypt your phone
