Doesn't work for me....it also happened to me..... what i did is
1. Flash rom and gapps and boot rom
2. Reboot to recovery again and flash the cm setup patch and video calling patch and simply reboot
3.Voila its working
flash again by first flashing rom and gapps.... then reboot and then flash patch .... give it a try
you mean to say flash rom then gapps. Then boot. complete the setup. Reboot again to recovery and flash video call fix. then boot. After that reboot again to recovery and flash cm setup fix.

then i shud suggest you to flash miui rom and then do the steps like the said
1. Flash rom and gapps.... boot to system
2. Reboot to recovery again and flash all patch and reboot simply

Why is flashing miui first required on so many ROMs now? It is not required on lineage os, it wasn't necessary on earlier releases. What problem is it solving and how and why can this not be incorporated into the builds? It's so inelegant to flash another ROM!
