if you are encrypted then yes you need wipe internal otherwise no issues.

I think, it should be power+volume up+volume down.. Have you tried this combination??

To fastboot power+volume down

Getting encryption isssue , also my device is not encrypted, and even after formatting my internal storage, problem still persists , it says to enter password and then says to factory reset

2. after flashing latest magisk 19.4 beta it shows not installed or it doesn't boot

Use latest twrp. Format data. It will work. I also faced this with orangefox r9 and other older versions of twrp.

I just flashed patched boot IMG from telegrams group then magisk 19.4 it working good..

You can use magisk by a magiskpatched boot.img. check telegram for it
