You mean extract patchboot.img from zipped rom.. than flash it using magisk module.. then flash it again downloaded flash in twrp.. same method when first android pie realese and magisk is not compatible yet..

Still the encryption issue persist using latest twrp downloaded from official website and also I formatted dataUse latest twrp. Format data. It will work. I also faced this with orangefox r9 and other older versions of twrp.

I just used flashed patched boot IMG from telegrams group then magisk 19.4 it working good..

Works fine , battery consumption is above avg just like miui. Never try to flash Magisk for root. My phone was almost dead after I flashed magisk. It showed successful but, my phone didn't boot. It was not recognized on my computer nor charging it turned on its notification light!! Was a total mess, after 15 minutes I connected it to my PC and pressed the power button, just got the Mi logo and went blank again, then tried combinations of power+ volume buttons & could enter recovery. It was worth taking a backup of boot image & recovery before starting this stunt!!
Issued with public interest in mind!!!
Ps: Battery charging is also pretty slow

Same happened to me last night. Today morning I figured out the issue.
U can get magisk by following below steps:
1. Flash magisk 14 zip
2. Flash magisk patched image from telegram
3. Reboot and enjoy magisk
I'll rather wait than trying it now, cause this is my only phone currently, & pretty much necessary for daily activities, thanks for the heads up.

Bluetooth playback is not possible on Bluetooth speaker, doesn't play sounds and switches between phone speaker at some instants
Fixed in the next build.
Sms app doesn't send notifications, nor any notification on tile.
Also suggest to add option of controlling music by volume buttons when connected to audio devices (earphones).
