need regional language support.

Hey, thank you for giving me reply. I flashed the ROM. Thanks to xda. It is the smoothest ROM I have ever applied.
One thing I want is the regional language support. I am from Gujarat. I can't read or write Gujarati language in whatsapp and fb. Pl. Give the instructios to install the Gujarati font suitable for CyanogenMod 12.

This is because your nandroid backup was corrupted or it didnt backup properly may be your recovery didnt flashed properly , actually it happened with me also ...
Then I reflashed the recovery and backup my stock rom again and after that for testing that I restored it.... and it was working fine after that most probably it can be your recovery issue

Try to reflash your recovery to solve this problem....
Hope it helps....

Ok i will try reflashing recovery.....and one more thing i was wondering is that,i made my nandroid backup from another version of twrp and now i am installing it with another version of twrp...this can cause problem in restoring? In the begning it was not even showing my backup file then i renamed my previous backup with the file name of backup which current twrp give to its backup....but even then it is getting failed.... i think my backup is perfect because during backuping it didnt show any failure msgs and during restoring also it is showingthat it contain boot, system, data etc inside it...hope you understand my case?....if you can suggest any thing it wil be a great help...thanks.

I think for being on a safer side you should take a precaution that while u backup your rom nd you restore it your recovery should be of same version .. However some versions of twrp like 2.8.0,2.7.0 and 3.0.2 etc , backup roms in same pattern , but for a perfect restore of your rom I would highly recommend you to stick on that version from which u have backup your rom.....

If u have installed new version of recovery... U should make up a new backup of nandroid rom and use it for future use ....

Hope it works....

I had the same soft reboot issue.. After googling the issue I found that the phone.apk was causing the problem..However no fix is available yet because only some users are facing this issue. I guess you have to change the ROM. No doubt this is the best custom ROM I have ever used for my A311. But this soft reboot issue , it keeps coming back. That' why I have changed the ROM completely.

And about flashing the ROM:- First of all you have to wipe data/cache/dalvik cache/system. Then unmount system/data/internal storage {mount only sdcard}. Then flash the zip from sdcard. Hope it helps :)

There is no need to wipe cache after installing the ROM. Simply reboot :)
