You don't have to install GApps. Because GApps are already integrated into the ROM.
And about TWRP, version 2.9 works. If not use TWRP 3.0.1-0
Here is the installation instruction by @bravonova
Installation Instruction
- Use TWRP 2.8.6.0/TWRP 2.8.7.0 or higher version
- Wipe system, cache, dalvik cache, data
- Unmount data (Go into Mount settings in TWRP, then remove checkmark from system, data, cache)
- Flash the zip file
- Flash Supersu zip
If you follow the above mentioned steps carefully I am sure you won't face any issues at all.
For Xposed

Whats is the work of xposed apk ? Is it 4G working in this rom or any trick to switch LTE mode.

Installing xposed is fully optional. It is a framework used to modify functions of your Android phone without touching the system files.
LTE is dependent on hardware and not software. As long as phone's hardware supports LTE there won't be a problem. And there is no trick to make LTE work on a non-LTE device.

TWRP is not an apk. It's a recovery image (.img format). You have to flash it using rashr tool.

I am sorry to say but making a video is not possible for me.
Installing this ROM is pretty much easy.
Just follow the mentioned steps carefully.
If anything goes wrong we are here to help

Download and install the rashr apk and open the app then select update recovery>browse the twrp recovery you hace downloaded and click flash>give superuser permission>done
Reboot to recovery.
Then you are ready to flash the ROM.

after flash twrp recovery i go to reboot recovery and wipe cathe and data and then flash rom and supersu ?

Goto recovery>wipe system, cache, dalvik cache and data>unmount system, data and cache partition(from mount settings on TWRP)>Flash the ROM>Flash supersu>done

normally rom is good, but when i am going to play game (shadow fight 2) rom become so laggy, earlier i used miui 8 by tirth patel never face this kind of issue

Install the apk>Run it>Grant superuser permission>Select all the three boxes under seeder configuration>Select RNG service performance profile as light>Enable seeder lag reduction to ON
You're good to go
