INTRODUCTION


Here's the eXistenZ for the Xperia Z.

Two different editions will be done, the black and the white; This is the Black Edition.

All Sony's applications and features are (or will be) themed in black, everything have been redrawed (Background, Icons, Menus, ...) to show what Sony could have done :laugh:

Install Instructions

Fresh installation:

• LOCKED Bootloader
  
  • Flash official Sony's 4.2.2 10.3.1.A.2.74 or 10.3.1.A.2.67 with flashtool (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2162907)
  • Root using DoomLord method (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2327472) or this new method: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2547714
  • Install NUT dual recovery ( http://www.fun-industries.nl/xda/d...kZHVhbHJlY292ZXJ5Mi41LjEtUkVMRUFTRS53aW5kb3dz) or the recovery of your choice.
  • Reboot in recovery, Wipe Data, Cache and Dalvik Cache.

• Reboot in recovery, Wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache

From an other Stock based rom (Leaked 10.4.B.0.569):

• Reboot in recovery, Cache and Dalvik Cache

From an other Stock based rom (10.3.1.A.2.74 or 10.3.1.A.2.67):

• Do a fresh installation!

FAQ

• How to flash 10.4.B.0.569 Kernel with flashtool?
  
  1) Download any FTF of latest 10.4.B.0.569 firmware and place it in firmware folder of flashtool.
  2) Plug the USB.
  3) Open Flash tool and click on the lightning logo.
  4) Select Flashmode.
  5) Select 10.4.B.0.569 firmware on left side.
  6) Uncheck kernel, fota, data, cache & appslog on right side.
  
  
  
  
  
  7) Select Flash at bottom.
  8) When asked, unplug USB and turn off phone.
  9) Plug USB again while you are pressing volume down.
  
  
• How to activate and use Flip SystemUI (Not yet in JB 4.3)
  
  To activate the Flip SystemUI you must:
  
  - Install Xposed framework (Settings/eXistenZ/Xposed Installer/Framework/Install)
  - Check Xperia Flip Settings and GravityBox modules (Settings/eXistenZ/Xposed Installer/Modules)
  - Reboot
  
  To apply theme accent:
  
  - When you are changing your theme, the theme accent is also changed for the Quick Settings Tiles but not automatically for all of them, you have two options:
  
  * Reboot the phone
  * Use Serajr Restart systemUI (Long Press settings Tile and select restart systemui service now)

  - Press Wifi to activate, Long press for settings
  - Press Data to activate (Data is on when provider name is colored), Long press for settings
  - Press Bluetooth to activate, Long press for settings
